Returns Policy
Cut trees are a natural product and no trees are alike, (like cut flowers) trees are perishable items and will deteriorate over time. The speed your tree deteriorates including any needle drop will depend on the environment and conditions in which you keep the tree.
These factors are beyond our control, however if you feel that your tree is really not up to the quality you require then please inform us within 4 days of receiving your tree and let us know your concerns.
We require photographs that clearly show the concerns with the tree these should show;
The tree in situ,
The stand the tree is held in,
Proof of purchase,
Trees can only be returned or exchanged if there is a genuine problem with the tree, Fillingham Christmas Trees have been notified of this within 4 working days of the customer receiving it.
The tree must be returned to Fillingham Christmas Trees for inspection within 7 days of the customer receiving the tree otherwise it cannot be returned or exchanged as it is a perishable item and therefore non-refundable.
ALL GOODS RETURNED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
We will not accept returns of any products after the 23rd December.
