In the week this is fine, but we do ask customers to book at the weekend in order that we can keep people safe from overcrowding.
Blocking is a process where we drill a hole into a block of wood and the cut tree is inserted into the block to stand upright.
Yes, we do. “Cinco” stands, and “Quick” stands are available
Regrettably, we do not offer this. The plantation is a long way from the main retail outlet and there are health and safety aspects which would have an impact for us.
Yes, we do take both, but in this Covid environment a contactless card payment is preferred.
Of course, there is no need to notify us of this and just arrive in your preferred vehicle.
If you have booked an arrival ticket you can cancel your booking slot from the account page of Eventbrite (please note: you have to create an Eventbrite account to do this). Once you have cancelled you initial ticket, if you wish to rebook a new time slot please rebook a new ticket here

Our trees are a natural product and we would advise that you don’t bring your tree into the house until 15th December. In addition you should provide it with water regularly and keep it away from a source of heating (like a radiator) it should then last the entire Christmas period.
When visiting the site please just follow the Click and collect signage and make a member of staff aware.
After a period of 24 hours the tree would be better out of the net. It would also benefit from being sat in a bucket of water.
Yes, you can. The most important aspect to remember is to water it regularly in the first year, particularly during the hot summer months.
Unless the dogs are “assistance dogs”, we would ask that they are not brought on site please
We measure from where the top layer of branches when pushed up meet the vertical leader (the bit you put your fairy on!) so a 6ft tree may be 6ft 6 – 9 inches tall.
Of course, and we have special areas for trailer parking.
The tree is best left out overnight either in or out of the net sat in a bucket of water, before being brought in.
